Grand Prix ILUSTRARTE 2016 – International Biennale of Children’s Books Illustration. “Friends don’t have surnames, friends have addresses!” is one of the pictures from the book “Close friends” published in 2014 by the Portuguese publisher Bruaá. Violeta Lópiz’s illustrations guide us along a walk throughout the neighborhood of a child, crossing squares, buildings and friends whose complete name he never remembers.
